Putin, NATO, the others, and …us
We’re stuck in the middle,
between two teams that play
a kind of political dodgeball,
forming humanity’s decay.
Putin is pissed at NATO
and NATO is pissed at him.
The EU is the underdog;
a flashy-but-broken team.
Oil and gas, money and power;
the map is on the table.
Civilians and soldiers are killed;
humanity’s psychology is unstable.
Why don’t we all form mentally
a giant megaphone in Earth’s core,
and act like a loud voice
coming from our guts as a roar?
We are tired of this bullshit!
We are also here, can you see?
You don’t live alone on this planet,
you egoistic pieces of shit!
No matter the language you speak,
your interests, your homeland,
you go and dominate your self
instead of fucking the others’ land!
There is no saint among you.
You all have committed crimes in the past.
You are exactly the same team;
I’m not confused by mass media dust.
And then, of course, except from you
other kinds of dictatorships exist;
literally crazy “leaders” that are
a bit worse than you; angrier beasts.
And we are here, yeah;
stuck in the center of the dodgeball stadium,
praying for your fingers to stay away
from a nuclear button that’ll cause delirium.
We’re gonna catch the ball one day,
and you’ll stay empty-handed.
But we need more inner work for that;
hatred is a virus stronger than COVID.
